Our return policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to be able to return, the product may not have been used and must be in the same conditions as it received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are free of return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, liquids or flammable gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Present cards
* Download software products
* Some personal and health hygiene items
To make the return, present the proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (when applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, which is damaged or with missing parts, is not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (when applicable)
Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send an email to notify you that we receive your merchandise for return. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your reimbursement.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue credit in the purchase payment method in a few days.
Late reimbursement or not received (when applicable)
If you have not received the reimbursement, check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank as it may take some time until the reimbursement is processed.
If you have done all this and has not yet received the refund, please contact us at geral@onegiftstore.com.
Goods on offer (when applicable)
You can only request the reimbursement of products with normal price. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request refund of goods on offer.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that come with defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send an email to geral@onegiftstore.com and after our approval, send the product to: Rua Dr. Santos Júnior, nº1, 4750-332 Barcelos, Portugal.
Gift
If the product has been marked as a gift during purchase and has been sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher with the same purchase value. You will receive a mail voucher when we receive the product returned.
If the product was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the one who presented it sent the product to itself to deliver it in person, we will send a refund to those who gave the gift. This person will know that you have requested the return.
Shipping
To return the product, send an email to geral@onegiftstore.com and after our approval, send the product to: Dr. Santos Júnior, 1, 4750-332 Barcelos, Portugal.
You will be responsible for payment of shipping sizes to return the product. We do not reimburse the value of the sizes. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return sizes will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your home, the return time time may vary.
If you will send a product over €50, consider hiring a tracking or safe transport service. We cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned product.
